Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is required at the time of purchase. Customers are responsible for reviewing their order information, product selections, quantities, and shipping information before completing checkout.
Made-to-Order Products
Petals & Profit products are made to order unless otherwise stated. Please allow 10–14 business days for processing. Weekends and holidays are not included in this timeframe.
Processing time is separate from carrier shipping/transit time.
Shipping
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier.
Petals & Profit is not responsible for carrier delays or other shipping circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so the issue can be reviewed.
Product Appearance
Because some products are handmade or made to order, slight variations may occur. Colors may also appear differently depending on screen settings, printing, and materials.
Intellectual Property
All Petals & Profit original designs, savings challenges, graphics, logos, product images, written content, and other creative materials are protected intellectual property.
They may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, resold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Petals & Profit.
